It had a marvellous location to downtown by foot from the property. In fact, it was right by the attractions and down town and resturants.

The location was particularly good, the bedroom was large and offered exceptional view. Staff were affable and polite people. The bed was exceptionally comfortable; perfect sleep.

Great and comfy location just off creek and the park, and the room was newly remodelled. Hosts were friendly and wonderful, even gave us room with 2 beds. Even though there was low water pressure, we had really great stay for your Gatlinburg visit.

The bathroom here was very small.

The room was impeccably clean and had a great view. It had a shower plus an ironing board. I truly enjoyed my stay here. It was located in the downtown area, close to the convention center.

We chose this place for its great location and great prices. The apartment was within 10-minute drive away from the Smoky Mountain Ziplines. There was free WiFi in the room. Only a short distance to Ripley's Haunted Adventure.

The beds werer comfy to sleep in. Having a kitchen was a bonus. Free parking was also available on site.

The location of the condos is superb, nestled down the mountain next to a tranquil river. It offers a peaceful atmosphere, yet is within walking distance of several nice restaurants and all the attractions. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, with balconies that provide a delightful view of the river. The staff is attentive and friendly, always ready to assist. The parking is convenient, and the pool area is clean and well-maintained. it offers a perfect combination of nature's beauty and proximity to city life.

Some minor maintenance issues need to be addressed.

The balcony and view were amazing! Being able to hear the sound of the river was so relaxing. We also loved the large jetted tub in our room, it was a nice addition.

There were a few negatives during our stay. The beds were very uncomfortable and there were noisy people above us.

I had a wonderful stay at a cozy condo near downtown Gatlinburg. The location was perfect, just a short walk from all the major attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, with nice furniture in the living and dining areas. The main bathroom looked recently updated, which was a nice touch. Plus, the balcony was spacious and provided a great view. Although there were a few minor issues like outdated appliances and some stains on the carpet, they didn't detract from my overall experience. I highly recommend this place for a clean and comfortable family vacation.

We loved the friendly and accommodating staff at Park Place Condos. The condo had a spacious layout with a loft that the kids loved. The location was perfect, with a relaxing creek nearby. Covered parking was a bonus. Having a washer and dryer in the condo was very handy!

We felt snug in the condo, but had no complaints at all.

I really loved the location of the hotel - it was super close to downtown and right by the beautiful Great Smokey Mtn national park. The room was sparkling clean with new paint and flooring. The balcony had a great view of the river, which was so relaxing to listen to. The staff was friendly and responsive, making our stay pleasant.

The carpets in the rooms were stained and dirty, which made me uncomfortable.

The apartment was conveniently located within walking distance of a great restaurant, the peddler steakhouse, and offered free WiFi in the rooms.
